Performed remotely, this service includes connecting to your computer, diagnostics of your system, scanning and cleaning of spyware/malware and viruses that can be removed through the remote services.

 [Note: some viruses require system to be run in safe mode which requires the system to be working in an 'off-line' mode which would result in your computer requiring bench service work but this would be determined during the scanning and cleaning services performed remotely.]
